Leech location

The leeches are ground pickups on the second island. They are not a fish you hook and they are not described as a drop from a boss. Steam discussion answers repeatedly direct players to scan the island floor and bring five back to the farmer-type NPC.

Because the models are small and the island is visually busy, lower your view toward the ground, walk the usable paths and check the edges around vegetation, structures and the NPC’s area. Search systematically; running the same center path can miss objects near the perimeter.

A clean collection route

First, complete one slow perimeter sweep and confirm the other pickups are not hidden.
